Experience in Listed companies handling Corporate Laws, SEBI Regulations, FEMA etc.

- Ensuring statutory compliances, corporate governance, due diligence matters under various statutes/regulations under the Companies Act, SEBI and other related Regulations.

- Handling of Board meetings, Committee Meetings, General Meetings etc.

- Drafting and vetting of legal documents

- Ensuring the smooth functioning of all tasks/activities assigned and ensuring that they are completed on time,

- Coordinating with various internal and external audits and accounts department, Ensuring all books & records statutorily required under Companies Act and other applicable laws.

- Communicates and reinforces the importance of high quality work standards, Takes initiative to improve the quality of work process.

- Self -starter, ability to go beyond the comfort zone for individual and team success, and ability to handle complex situations, takes personal responsibility for execution /delivery of cases/task at hand, has the motivational level.

- Exudes confidence and positive attitude, adaptability of organization culture and ethics, ability to work in teams; Proficiency in planning and organizing, Good communication and interpersonal skills with team, associates and superiors and ability to follow.
