Senior Manager/AGM - Company Secretary - Auto (7-15 yrs)
The incumbent will be responsible for:
1. Ensure efficient and timely handling of shareholder requests for share transfers, transmission, payment of dividend, revalidation, IEPF compliance, excellent record keeping and ensure necessary compliance of the statutory regulations
2. Coordinate with RTA (Registrar and Transfer Agent) and update of share matters, so as to ensure timely execution and regulatory compliance of shares (as the case maybe).
3. Management of shareholder complaints using SCORES portal besides complaints received from any shareholders or any regulatory authorities so as to ensure timely capturing and resolution of shareholder grievances.
4. Coordination with legal team on shareholder related litigation matters so as to ensure that organizational interests are protected at all time.
