Senior Manager/AGM - Business Finance - FMCG/Retail/Healthcare/Telecom (7-10 yrs)
Sr Manager / AGM Business Finance
This role will be responsible for delivering the Organisation objectives of revenue and profit. The role requires closely working with the business team to ensure that the business plans are delivered. It will entail budgeting, continuous reporting and reviewing the business performance.
The role requires to work on long term planning / strategy for the BU, analyze and drive better pricing and improved margins by aligning with multiple stakeholders. It will also include reviewing of various deals, agreements and ensure management of working capital and championing internal controls for the business unit
Business Partnering :
i) Drive business analytics for business reviews, Board presentations and other adhoc management reviews
ii) Closely work with cross functional teams like Commercial, Legal, IT/Digital.
Budgeting, Planning & Forecast:
i) Proactively work on business planning, long term roadmap through the strat plan and budgeting exercise
ii) Drive plans for achieving revenue, marketing contribution and EBITDA for the business unit
Audit & Compliance:
i) Ensure no re-raised audit observations, reduction in audit observations
ii) Review all new contracts and ensure compliance for all transactions, ensure contract renewals before expiry
Process Optimisation:
i) Partner with business to optimize /improvise processes
ii) Automate existing processes
