Job Description
- The role primarily involves taking care of the accounts payable and reconciliation at monthly closing. This role also requires managing a team of 8-10 people.

Description
- Take care of the Accounts payable process which includes taking care of the invoice flow, vendor master creation, vendor payments, and vendor reconciliations
- Review prepaid accounts and prepare amortization schedule and book journals
- Review of advances, creditors and ledger scrutiny
- Managing timely employee reimbursements as per company policy
- Managing fixed assets capitalization and monthly depreciation run
- Managing timely vendor/employee accounts reconciliation
- Managing opex related payments
- Abide by the company's routines in compliance with the standards and values and local tax and accounting regulations
- Completion of month end activities within a stipulated time period
- Ensuring compliance with Direct & indirect taxes & timely payments of statutory dues
- Develops, implements and maintains systems, procedures, and policies, including accounts payable functions to ensure adherence to company guidelines
- Supporting audit related to expenses/provisions
Profile
- A Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance with at least 10 years of experience handling accounts of large-sized companies
having strong team management skills, exposure on latest Indian Accounting standards, experience on SAP or equivalent ERP packages and strong Excel skills
