Senior Manager - Affiliates & Alliances - eCommerce (2-3 yrs)

- Hands on experience with partnership closures, RoAS optimisation, CPx Campaigns execution

- Identify & recruit new affiliate/alliance partners as well as work with existing (from large portal players to small niche websites including comparison shopping portals, loyalty programs, coupon/deal websites, blogs, etc) to buy their web traffic on CPS/CPA/CPV/Fixed Cost basis

- Help to implement the strategy including awareness, acquisition, scaling & retention strategies to achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets through these partner relationships, and identify areas of improvement to increase generated revenues, traffic and new customers

- Monitor & analyze performance, and track key metrics (Visits, Bounce rate, Orders, Revenue, Conversion Rate, etc) to measure ROI

- Partnering with the Technology team to drive product development and ensuring their support for on-going technical issues faced by various partners

- Liaise with internal teams (Analytics/Merch/Category/Biz-Finance) in terms of working out good deals/ consumer promotions to maximize sales ensure budget adherence

- Assist the line managers with the periodic planning and budgeting process.

- Increases productivity by developing automated applications; eliminating duplication; coordinating information requirements

- Manage a team for operations task(s)
