Senior Manager - Admission & Outreach - Education (5-15 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:-

1. Lead overall admissions marketing and selection and recruitment process

2. Conceptualize the overall brand development and outreach strategy to ensure visible public and media attention and to attract the right quality and number of students

3. Create and nurture new alliances with media, channel partners with direct access to prospective students, other colleges, promotional platforms or events

4. Define and strengthen the digital marketing channels, optimize lead generation and conversions

5. Develop and manage content for websites, emailers, social media ads, PR campaigns and press releases.

6. Maintain direct oversight on external vendors, partners for development and production of marketing collaterals like brochures, ads, prospectus, presentations, website, online ads and so on

7. Stay abreast of new developments in the sector to enhance the effectiveness of the outreach and admissions effort

Prior experience and credentials :

1. Minimum of four years of experience in the admission management, marketing and outreach, higher priority to experience in education and training domain

2. Demonstrated track record of improvements in technical skills and interpersonal communication

Qualities and skills :

1. A collaborative leadership style and comfort in a non-hierarchical work environment

2. A good blend of strategy development as well as execution, given a small team

3. Passion for work and making a difference, intellectual curiosity and commitment to learning

4. Proficiency in managing online platforms like Google Analytics, Social Media Ads, PR Campaign Management, Emailer Marketing and techniques related to SEO, online advertising and lead generation

5. Being comfortable with uncertainties of a start-up like an environment
