Senior Manager - Admin & Facilities


Our client is a leading IT Services organisation, looking to hire Head of Facilities and Admin for their new facility in Bangalore.

Job description:

- Innovate and develop the integrated facilities management operational model for the business, ensuring Industry best practice and thinking and being commercially robust

- Drive and represent operations on the delivery function to effectively deliver outsourced integrated facilities management services and to ensure enduring enhancements/improvements within Operational Service delivery

- Ensure appropriate governance is applied regarding all processes

- Develop, agree and implement strategic plans that meet business goals and objectives created in partnership with the customer and senior team that, as a minimum, meet contractual requirements and business targets, including growth aspirations and be accountable for its delivery

- Support and contribute towards improvement and innovation within the whole of the organisations business

- Recognise the difference between cost of operating the Estate (OPEX) and investment in the estate (CAPEX) and develop through life costed plans to support improved availability of facilities and assets without increasing overall (OPEX & CAPEX) expenditure

- Handling ISO Internal and external audit

- Monitoring and overseeing of essential services like day-to-day administration, housekeeping & pantry for head office, branch offices and other establishments

- Supervise the procurement function for office in coordination with the local admin team

- Maintenance & renewal of AMCs at corporate and branch level

- Maintain all admin related MIS, file all correspondences, and maintain records of rent / lease agreements on a centralized level

- Builder Coordination

- Coordination with all BUs for space and other requirements

- Taking care of the construction activities, renovation etc

- Managing HVAC, power, UPS etc

- Overall managing soft services, security, transport services, guest houses, hotels etc

- Compliance of all vendors etc
