Senior Manager - Administration [Ex-Servicemen]

The Company is one of the leading cement manufacturing companies in India. We are hiring a Sr Manager - Administration for Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh Locations.

Job Description :

- Proficient in utilizing innovative practices for Administration and Facilities Management, Visitor Management, AMC, Contracting and

- Oversees building and grounds maintenance of the Site including Housekeeping, Pest Control, Staff Transportation, Staff Welfare (Food, Water, Tea etc), Access Control Systems, Attendance monitoring systems, Medical Health Check Ups for Staff, medical room, (In & out) material movement,

- Operates and maintains the records for Electricity Bill Payments, Housekeeping materials consumptions, Pest control, Canteen Facilities and Staff Transportation

- Ensures that the facility up-keep and maintained according to company policy and procedures

- Manages and reviews service contracts for Housekeeping, Pest Control, Staff Transportation, Canteen Facilities, Security Contracts etc

- Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering

- Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections and define KRA to ground staff (Housekeeping, Facilities)

- Checks completed work by vendors and contractors for Housekeeping Pest Control, Canteen etc

- Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility services like WC, Office, HVAC, Warehouse Electricals

- Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments Office, WC, Electricals etc

- Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards,

- Inspect buildings structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations

- Communicates workplace safety precautions to employees,

- Forecasts, allocates, and supervises the financial and physical resources of the facility management

- Supervise all facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers etc.)

- Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, building security etc.

- Ensuring adequate catering and vending services, consumables and managing janitorial staff and allocating duties

- Forecasting and budgeting for maintenance, repairs, and contracts.

- Petty Cash, MIS, Mail Room, Incident, Material Register (In-Out) management

Designation : Manager / Sr. Manager - Administration

Experience : 15 - 20 years of experience

Budget : 20 to 30 Lakhs p.a

Location : Mathod Unit, Chitradurga District, Karnataka, and Kurnool Dist, Andhra Pradesh

Language skills : Candidate should be from Karnataka (preferably from that belt). Knowledge of Kannada/Telugu is mandatory

Ex-service man :

Rank: Major or Captain from Indian Army

Post retirement experience : Preferably from MFG. No academic constraints.

If civilian : MUST Academic criteria: Any degree. 60% Throughout (10th, 12th, UG & PG) and NO history of arrears, in case of non-Ex-Serviceman.
