Senior Manager/AD - Supply Chain Management/Capability Network - Big4

Big4 Looking Sr. Manager\AD-Supply Chain Management(Capability Network).

Work Responsibility:

- Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Contracts, Stakeholder & Change Management, Supply Chain

- Technical and strategic sourcing of critical machinery parts of vertical roller mills (MPS & MVR), TRT Dryer & Bought out auxiliaries includes Purchase of Raw Material, machining components, forging items, Casting, and all critical and Special fastener Nuts and Bolts as per International Standard meeting all Quality norm.

- Project Procurement ; Meeting internally with departments to understand Scope, Budget, Schedule, Quality, Exclusion list, General purchase condition, other Client terms and condition as agreed in contract.

- Floating Enquiry, Evaluation of Offer, Techno-Commercial Negotiation, Making Recommendation to MD for Awarding an order.

- Release of LOI & Purchase order in ERP. Contract Management, Order Execution from Drawing approval to Complete Manufacturing includes shop floor and coordination in supply chain.

- Coordination in providing all technical clarification relation to query raised by vendor for manufacturing.

- Coordination for Design Concession request and Engineering Approvals. Develop the change management plan by defining how changes will be addressed and controlled to trace and manage change.

- Visit to vendors workshop and virtual meetings to understand actual manufacturing progress and expedite on timely basis.

- Monitor Procurement activities by status review to keep track of all progress and verify compliance with project objectives to meet scope baseline, schedule baseline and cost baseline and milestone achieved.

- Coordination for all stage and final Assembly Inspection as per QAP, QIP, Painting, Packing & Marking.

- Coordination for Finalizing Transportation as per size of consignment.

- Coordination for Dispatch of Items from Vendor place to Client Site with Incoterms and Insurance.

- Coordination for LR confirmation for receipt of item at Client site (ensuring Completeness and Correctness).

- Coordination for Release of payment after dispatch as per PO terms after receipt of all dispatch Documents.

- One point contact in handling project procurement and Manufacturing of Vertical Mill items.

- Procurement and Manufacturing of Spare Project of Vertical Mill items and Support after sales team.

- Coordination and Support Erection and Commissioning team.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholder -design, engineering, quality, and inspection, accounts, finance, vendor and sub-supplier, transporter to align expectations and gain support.

- Resolving conflicts, expedite in order execution, claim settlements and timely payments.

- Handling a team includes External as well as internal Stakeholder like Vendors, Our Quality, Our Engineer and getting work done and guiding to achieve target.

- Take interview for Procurement Professional.

- Provide Training related to Procurement Function.

- Recording and implementing Key Leanings-lessons learned and Industry best practices to enable continuous improvement.
