Read here what our students have to say about us What we are looking for : - Performance marketing has worked really well for us, being the core engine of growth for the company. We have scaled up all the major channels - Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads, while many more are coming up very strongly. - As we continue to grow, we need to ensure our Customer Acquisition Costs (CACs) stay low, and we continue to improve our user experience. So the most crucial role in this is that of Conversion Rate Optimization. It would not at all be a stretch to say that this is the most crucial engine for our growth right now. - Hence, we are looking for a highly experienced CRO expert to lead all initiatives in this area. Here's what the role will entail: - Conduct frequent user research to develop hypotheses for tests to improve the full-funnel conversion rate (sales:traffic) - Focus on tests related to ads and landing pages: testing different creative themes, specific messages, USPs, location of different elements, alignment with the target audience, improving the UX, etc. - Own the outcome of a certain % of tests being successful and improvement in conversion rates - Create and maintain a backlog of testing &amp; experimentation ideas - Decide on the monthly and quarterly testing calendar, based on expected impact and ease of execution of tests - Execute the tests in a scientific manner - choosing the targeting &amp; experiment set-up (A/B vs multivariate) carefully, and monitor &amp; fix issues during testing - Analyze test data and report on actionable recommendations. Also, use the same for future hypotheses - Analyze user behaviour using tools like Hotjar/Google Analytics to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement - Build and lead the right team to fulfill the requirements of the role. These might include copywriters, design agencies, a data analyst, amongst others. Here are the specific skill sets we are looking for: - 5+ years of experience in CRO tools to setup, launch, and report on A/B tests/multivariate tests - Strong proficiency in effective website design - Expertise in using CRO and testing tools like VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc. - Experience with research tools including HotJar, CrazyEgg, Zarget or other similar tools. - Expertise in using analytics and reporting tools to report on experiment results, like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio etc. - Understanding of psychology, user behavior &amp; best practices behind great UI &amp; UX - Experience with multichannel media campaigns including a working knowledge of paid search, testing ad copy and landing pages, and display ad channels like Facebook, LinkedIn etc. - Strong statistical skills, especially with respect to hypothesis testing, A/B tests, multivariate tests, and significance determination - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - should be able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders (including customers) to generate hypotheses and present the insights based on running tests - Experience in building and leading a CRO-focused team What can you expect ? - In a nutshell - loads of learning, lots of freedom to experiment, world-class colleagues, and market-leading pay. - Oh, and great work-life balance - we work 5 days a week (as our co-founder once said - If you can't get your work done working 8 hrs a day for 5 days in a week, you are doing something wrong- ).
