Sr. Manager-Actuaries (7-12 years) A role of Sr. Manager-Actuaries with experience of more than 6 years in Actuaries and minimum 2 years in prophet modelling and its applications! Location: Gurgaon Your Future Employer: India's largest life insurance company and non-bank private-sector life insurer present from last 20 years. Responsibilities: 1. Modelling of new insurance products and maintenance of existing model 2. Possessing knowledge of Prophet Software architecture 3. Identifying issues in current Prophet model setup and propose improvements considering modelling best practices 4. Designing and implementing IFRS17 related developments on Prophet and other related tools 5. Liaising well with other team members to understand their modelling requirements 6. Carrying out cross functional interaction and be able to respond to their queries 7. Timely delivery of the results to enable reports and analysis to be prepared as per business requirements. Requirements: 1. 6+ years of experience in a life insurance company / consultancy. 2. Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience on Prophet and its applications 3. People management experience required 4. Student member of the Institute of Actuaries of India OR Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, UK 5. 5+ actuarial exams 6. Working knowledge of different libraries of Prophet viz. ALS, IFRS would be additive advantage. 7. Working knowledge of other tools like ACL, Python, R would be additive advantage.
