Senior Manager - Actuarial Reserving

Responsibilities:

1. Developing actuarial models for ALM, liability valuation, reserve risk management, etc

2. Leading the reserving team to ensure accurate and timely reserving analysis

3. Overseeing the development and maintenance of reserving models and processes

4. Collaborating with different teams to provide insights and recommendations based on reserving analysis

5. Staying updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance

Requirements:

1. 4+ years of experience in Actuarial Reserving for insurance, consulting or reinsurance firms

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

3. Excellent communication and leadership abilities

4. Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
