Senior Manager - Acquisition/Engagement & Retention - Advertising Firm (5-9 yrs)
1. Develop end to end marketing plan to deliver better engagement and retention
2. Study consumption behaviour to identify user segments with high propensity to churn and understand what it takes to retain our viewers for shows
3. Work closely with cross functional teams (Product, marketing, sales, data science, platform) to define the KPI and introduce new features/ schemes/ experience to engage retain this base
4. Work closely with data and engineering team to build automated solutions for better reach & engagement
5. Identify the best communication at the best time using the best channel to nudge a user towards conversion and measuring the same
Education And Experience :
1. 5+ years of experience in building retention strategies across digital business
2. Experience of using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
3. Ability to transform large strategy to well thought through execution plan with focus on automation
4. Data driven, have worked on developing campaign end to end
5. Exceptional ability to manage projects with strict adherence to time lines.
6. In depth knowledge of tools like clever tap, apps flyer, google analytics etc
