Sr Manager - Accounts Receivable | Well-funded SaaS start-up

Job Description : This role gives an opportunity to work as a sole custodian of client management & accounts receivable, in the fast-paced SaaS atmosphere

Client Details : Our client is a well-funded SaaS start-up, backed by marquee investors

Description :

- Keep track of invoicing, reconciliation, reporting and accounting of AR transactions

- Keep track of all payment transactions to be upheld by the company's clients

- Build strong relationships with enterprise accounts and understand the payment cycles of customers

- Act as the Voice of the Customer for the tier customers and Sales Teams

- Understand billing processes to provide guidance to customers, and collection teams

- Develop policies, procedures and processes with internal support teams, then implementing and enforcing

Profile :

- Qualified CA, with 5+ years of professional experience

- Hands-on controllership, accounts receivable & client management experience

- Prior people management experience is a plus

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees, superiors and customers
