Hiring for client Real Estate Industries based out at Gurgaon.


Job Title - Senior Manager Accounts Payable

- We are looking for an organized accounts payable manager to provide strong leadership to our accounts payable department and to ensure that the department runs smoothly.

- The accounts payable manager's responsibilities include maintaining accurate records regarding payments to suppliers, processing payments from clients, and training staff members.

- To succeed as an accounts payable manager, you should be focused on optimizing department processes and building lasting relationships with others within and outside of the business.

- You should be knowledgeable, analytical, and decisive with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualified CA - from 2014 -2018 or MBA from Reputed College

Reporting to : DGM F&A

Key Job responsibilities :

1. For vendor payments, vendor reconciliations and related AP activities for BSREP IV.

2. Vendor Payments, Vendor Reconciliations, accurate and appropriate tax deductions, MIS reporting.

3. Experience in handling AP processes and control, vendor reconciliations, working knowledge of tax, audits, strong knowledge of accounting, excel proficiency, knowledge of Accounting Standards, team management skills, establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles, maintaining accurate records regarding payments to suppliers, processing payments, ability to analyze information and processes, managing accounting functions like maintaining the general ledger, month-end closing, and expense reporting etc.

4. Hiring, training, motivating, and evaluating accounts payable staff members.

5. Overseeing routine department activities to ensure that they are completed accurately and on time.

6. Maintaining accurate and complete financial, employee, and client records.

7. Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial information to management and government agencies.

8. Setting and facilitating the achievement of department objectives.

9. Developing, implementing, improving, and enforcing budgets, policies, and department controls to increase accuracy and efficiency.

10. Building and maintaining relationships with employees, clients, vendors, and lenders
