Description :
- To ensure financial control over Accounts Payable process, employee reimbursements and all other payouts related to vendors for accounting of expenses
- To lead a team of 15-20 handling and reviewing the P&L and balance sheet on monthly basis

Job Description :
- Ensure that billing for all the customers are processed and invoices are submitted to customers on monthly basis
- Monthly review of P&L and Balance Sheets and presentation of the same to the Directors
- 100% Collection within 90 days of Invoice date from all the customers including Octroi and entry tax debit notes dues
- Focus on bringing new cost saving initiatives in the organization
- Ensure that Financial Statements for each month are completed latest by the 5th of the following month
- Fixed assets of the company in terms of procurements with approval/purchase orders, tracking, periodic physical verifications, movements, transfers and Disposals
- Ensure timely Scrutiny and approvals of all the purchase orders
- Ensure that all revenue expenditure are accounted for as per the the purchase process and approvals under authority schedule and all are supported by purchase orders/agreements/approvals and kept in record for easily retrieval
- Ensure that payments are released in line with availability of funds with effective fund planning and co-ordination with the banks and financial institutions.
Profile :
Essential:
- 6+ years of progressively experience in CA/Audit firms or experience in similar role in a large scale reputed organization
- Graduate degree/ Post Graduate/ Qualified CA
- Proven ability in finance controls management nationally
- MS Excel/ MS PPT/Commercial Norms
- Proven ability in team management
Preferred
- Knowledge of latest financial controls and systems
- Good knowledge of logistics / E- commerce industry and financial processes and systems
- Experience in latest financial controls, systems and process suited to logistics business requirements
