To provide superior services &amp; steer day to day operation related to Landlords related payments, Restaurants utility related payments, regional bills and employee reimbursement related payments and achieve internal and external stakeholders delight with zero defect with built in financial control. a) To own &amp; manage rent related landlords payments activities including - Monthly Rent processing (Software used: Refx &amp; SAP) - Landlords reconciliation - Landlords query w.r.t finance points - Security Deposit disbursement &amp; related controls - Registration payments - Rent concession agreements documentation control - GST on Rent invoices processing - Weekly dashboards, Monthly MIS, cost analysis - Ind AS 116 compliances &amp; accounting - Own and facilitate the process of preparation of periodical budgets, provide input to the rental budget - Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Internal finance control of above area b) To process &amp; oversee the whole restaurant utility related payments verticals including - Payment related to restaurant utility - LPG\Elec. Etc. process via Banc Pay - Help desk for Banc Pay related issue c) To get process &amp; oversee Regional Bill &amp; Employee reimbursement &amp; to make ensure timely payments and monthly reconciliation and reportings of employee imprest account including - Processing of all Regional Employee reimbursement &amp; advance knock off. - Regional Housekeeping &amp; Securities charges invoice processing d) To get process &amp; oversee process of imprest by restaurant using Happay card facility, activity includes - Overseeing Happay Card Issue &amp; load - Validation of Happay card related issue - Petty expenses related controls, encourage payment to vendor using card &amp; minimize cash - Happay (restaurant imprest utilization policy) training General - Coordination with internal and external departments - Review and validate all the invoices from agreements &amp; rate contracts - To share input on time as per the Transformation related project charter - Process and validate all the Invoices from JFL SOPs - Compliances of JFL Policies - To ensure timely payments and monthly reconciliation and reportings of all accounts. - To chase with the internal and external customers for submission of invoices within time - To be instrumental in implementing various new initiatives - To bring in the best practices in accounts payable function - To get the MIS Reporting for assigned areas - To ensure implementation of internal controls and audits - Continuous improvement in ways of working and find out the ways to reduce complexities - Review and preparation of schedule and excel master for better controls and checks Team Size Direct Team: 6 Indirect Team: 7
