- Prepared the budgets and MIS reports for APAC and AFME region with branded generics analysis on monthly and quarterly basis

- Prepared the variance analysis for each and every products supplied in APAC and AFME region on a quarterly basis

- Prepared and audited the related party transactions

- Approved and verified the exports documents negotiated with banks and saved approx. Rs 10 Lacs for suggesting to reduce the lodgment charges

- Monitored the correct position of receivables through timely accounting of collection received against various invoices and prepared the collection report of exports formulations

- Approved and verified the overseas branch office expenses as well as salary payable and accounting thereof

- Prepared FOB valuing of Rs 1200 Crores and quantity reconciliation of Exports Formulations and get it audited

- Verified and approved the Freight expenses invoices as per the terms of contract and accounting thereof

- Completed the bank reconciliation of foreign currency bank accounts and get it audited

- Ensured the Standard Distributions Agreement were in place with All distributors of APAC and AFMR region

- Ensured proper uploading of E- BRC ( Electronic Bank Realization Certificate) at DGFT for claiming exports benefits like Advance license etc of over Rs 10 Crores and able to make error free 4000 EBRCs available at DGFT

- Verified the balance confirmation with the customers on a quarterly basis and got it audited

- Assisted various customized T- Codes in SAP for smoothing the internal functional proc
