Senior Manager - Accounts & Finance

Job Roles and Responsibilities :

- Good understanding & experience of accounting principles, audits, processes; hands on experience of working on accounting suites and Tally ERP.

- Knowledge of advanced Excel is must and should be able to work on big data set.

- Candidate needs to understand processes involved in a retail setup, for ex, perform remittances, manage cash-flow, audit warehouse accounting, and ensure all compliances are done timely.

- Candidate should have sound knowledge of Financial rules and regulations such as Income Tax, GST and be aware of Banking process.

- Candidate should have an inclination towards checking all the compliance boxes within framework of rules and regulations laid by statutes.

Skills :

Educational qualification - Qualified Professionals (CA/CS) or MBA in Finance

Excellent Communication skills

Experience in Team Management for 3-5 years
