Senior Accounts Manager

Job Responsibilities :

- Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition and Accounting for expenses.

- Ensure Statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, Income Tax returns are filed in timely manner.

- Co-ordinate with customers/ suppliers

- Preparation of final accounts (i.e. Profit & loss account & Balance sheet) for management, Preparation of statutory financial statements in accordance with accounting standards & guidelines as required by local laws.

- Compiling and analyzing account w.r.t. asset, liability, and capital account

- Maintaining financial transactions Documentation

- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.

- Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports/ MIS

- Auditing of Accounts & related procedures/ documents.

- Recommending policies and procedures for Accounts control

- Guiding / coaching junior staff

- Financial data security

- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.

- Handling accounts related queries

- Complies with Centre, state, and local financial and regulatory requirements & keep self abreast with latest regulations

- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
