Education Qualification : CA Job Role &amp; Responsibilities: - Experience NBFC / Bank is a must - Responsible for book closure and preparation of MIS reports like BS, PL, Cash Flow, City wise P&amp;L, Regulatory reports, AUM reports etc. - Track expenses and process expense reports and flag exceptions if payments are exceeding budgets - Measuring and monitoring of metrics/KPIs - Responsible for ensuring Compliances under Companies Act (Secretarial), TDS &amp; GST labour laws like PF. ESIC, LWF, FEMA (experience in FCGPR, ARF and related filings). - Responsible for Consolidation between group companies. - Will be Responsible for regulatory filings. - Ensure appropriate financial policies, procedures and internal controls are in place, documented and operating as intended - Facilitating in the fund raising activity of the company - Liaising with all internal and external stakeholders (including Auditors) - Participate in recruiting efforts; continually raising the bar. Essential Profile Skills: - Sound Knowledge of Accounting, Direct &amp; Indirect Taxation, regulatory guidelines for NBFCs. - Operational knowledge of Tally ERP 9 including Cost Center wise accounting and generating reports of the same. - Expertise in working on MS Office (Excel, Spreadsheet, Powerpoint &amp; Word. - Should have handled a team.
