Senior Manager - Accounts & Finance - NBFC - CA

- Required Senior Manager Accounts and Finance for a BSE listed NBFC with about 5 + years post qualification experience in a listed NBFC.

- Must be qualified CA

- Would be responsible for:- timely compliances of TDS, GST, other statutory payments.

- preparation of all MIS, data, information for raising funding.

- Preparation of financial accounts as required from time to time.

Place of work : Marol , Andheri East. Mumbai.

Remuneration as per industry norms. (CTC range: 12-15 L PA)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and maintain Management reports/ Monthly Financial reports including balance sheets, profit and loss statements and cash - flow statements.

2. Prepare variance analysis on a monthly basis and highlight key issues and unusual items and provide recommendation to remediate.

3. Preparation of annual budgets, prepare monthly MIS for Management, provide ad-hoc analysis and flash reports to management.

4. Preparation of RBI returns and monitoring other statutory compliances.

5. Effective team manager with 10-20 team members reporting to this profile.

6.. Expertise in Office Tools MS Excel, Power Point Skills

7.. The candidate should be proactive, self-starter, orientation to become a strong Team Leader

8.. Role would require interaction with Cross functional teams and various external auditors / consultants.

9. Working knowledge listes nbfc sectors during post qualification or during article ship would be an added advantage.
