Senior Manager - Accounts & Finance - NBFC - CA

Designation: Sr Manager Accounts and Finance

CTC: 24 LPA

Need candidates from NBFC / Indian listed companies.

- Good hands on exposure in core accounting/GST/TDS/INDaS/Consolidation from financial services background (no banks - only NBFC/Broking, also candidates from CA firms working with clients in this industry will work)

Age Criteria: Not more then 35 Yrs

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

- Co-ordination with Auditors for Half Yearly IFC Audit - Crest Ventures Ltd.

- Co-ordination with Auditors for Quarterly Internal Audit and Statutory Audit

- Preparation of Quarterly Results & Financial Statements

- Preparation of Consolidated Financial Statements

- Preparation of MIS and other reports

- Review of Quarterly Financial Information for Board Meeting

- Preparation of Advance Tax Workings and Yearly Computation

- Co-ordination for Income Tax Notices with tax consultants - Preparation / Review of Income Tax Returns

- Co-ordination and Review for GST Audit and Returns

- RBI Returns & Reporting

- Preparation of Policies for Crest Ventures Limited (other than secretarial policies) - Preparing the SOP's for IFC Audits

- Preparation of details as per revised requirements under CARO / respective Accounting Standards and co-coordinating with Auditors

Quick notes:

- CA with 3 to 4 years of post-qualification experience

- Corporate experience in a mid-sized financial services company

- Should have handled audits independently

- Tax Exposure

- Listed company / NBFC company exposure desirable
