Senior Manager - Accounting & Reporting - CA/CMA

1. Finalization of accounts, Monthly MIS & Reporting to Management

2. Accountable to Finance Controller for the full spectrum of routine financial & management accounting, day-to-day book keeping functions of the operations

3. Maintenance a clean monthly balance sheet supporting records (ownership books), detailing every item on the Balance Sheet

4. Ensuring smooth POC (Percentage of completion) accounting as per the Company policy

5. Ensuring that warranty reserves as well as any other reserve/provision are adequately made i accordance with Xylem policy

6. Providing inputs for preparation of budgets, forecasts, cash flows etc

7. Responsible for documenting, updating and maintenance of hard and soft copies of all financial control narratives, flowcharts and Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOX) Control templates, including the uploading of most up to date DOA documentation onto the Intranet

8. Oversee treasury functions and co-ordination with bankers, ensuring the companies do not run into tight liquidity situations vide detailed funds planning & monitoring

9. Liaison with Internal as well as External Auditors; Shall be responsible for implementing internal controls to safe guard assets of the company, reviewing the internal controls regularly and be sharp in spotting internal control weaknesses and to take necessary corrective actions/procedures well in advance, with basic objective of maintaining a clean set of audit report at all times
