Senior Manager - Accounting, IFRS and Transfer Pricing

Job Description :

- Produce various accounting reports and financial statements for the entity within the deadlines set by the Group and the various legal bodies.

- Carry out consolidation reporting for the Group: quarterly and annual balance sheets, flow reports, net income trends, etc.

- Supervise and check the release of end-of-year local accounts, tax and legal statements etc.

- Check that the Group's accounting procedures and principles are correctly applied in close cooperation with the Controlling department.

- Guarantee the reliability of accounting and tax information by implementing appropriate procedures, checks and performance indicators.

- Familiarize him/herself with and monitor accounting and tax regulations.

- Propose and implement all initiatives that aim to improve productivity in the process of providing accounting information at both the financial information system level and the information flow level.

- Recruit, manage and lead teams, ensure the smooth running of succession plans, and ensure that the level of technical ability in the team is high

Candidate Profile :

- CA (1st attempt) with 8 -10 years of professional leadership experience working with manufacturing organization.

- Exhibiting reporting controls & compliance of transactions as it relates to the group accounting & management standards including GAAP/IFRS

- Financial reporting, Statutory and Group Audit processes

- Leveraging knowledge and intuition around systems/data to provide insight into critical issues (SAP)

- Calculating and interpreting financial results.

- Anticipate and identify opportunities, risks and solutions to close the gap.

- Create best practices in accounting and reporting processes
