Senior Management - Loans & Bank Relationship

- Our client is a a leading provider of innovative IT solutions for many vertical segments, including Federal and State Governments, Defense and Homeland Security, Utilities, Process, Power, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Retail, and Healthcare.

Job responsibilities :

- Preparing long-term/short-term corporate plans and determining financial objectives.

- Dealing with Banks for arranging various bank limits.

- Arranging various financial instruments for short, medium and long term trading (Bid Bond, CPG, LC, EMD etc.)

- Arranging fund and non-fund based bank limits (working capital limits, term loans, PCL, FCNR (B) loans, LC and BG limit etc.).

- Liaison with lead bank, other consortium banks and financial institutions.

- Treasury covering booking of forward covers for import/export and hedging of foreign exchange risk in FCNR (B) loans

- Handling Fund/Cash Management.

- Preparation and implementation strategies for investment of surplus funds.

- Responsible for preparation of bank documentation and CMA data.

- Identifying opportunities for value creation by Undertaking firm's assignments to benchmark client business processes and recommend enhancements/process improvements to the business needs.

- Make presentations to clients / prospects on firm's capability in the domain.

- Building and maintaining healthy business relations with high net worth clients.

- Formulation and implementation of various policies/procedures for the all-round development of the company with the objective of long-term expansion.

- Ensuring adherence to Regulatory and statutory Compliance as laid down by different agencies such as RBI, FEMA, SEBI, IRDA etc) for ensuring smooth operations.

- Managing the credit activities such as filing of charge / agreement & legal documentation as per RBI regulatory & supervisory guidelines.

- Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in Process operations and meeting of individual & group targets.

- Comparing financial statements and analyzing the financial ratios to assess the company's overall financial health.

- Coordinating with internal, external & regulatory audit / inspections; evaluating internal control systems / procedures with a view to overcome the shortcomings.

- Liaising with various personnel including Bank's Advocates, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors, etc.

- Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business from existing accounts.

- Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters development opportunities and motivates high performance among Team members.

- Conceptualizing & effectuating innovative business development plans for the purpose of achieving predestined revenue plans.

- Must have GM level contacts in the Banks and Rating Company.

Candidate Profile :

- Chartered Accountant or Full time MBA (Finance)

- Extensive experience in fund raising.

- Strong bank relationship and network.

- Good leadership skills.

- Excellent Client Management Skill
