- Looking for the candidates for Senior management level having experience into Banking Practice role

- Should have experience into handling Retail Banking, Investment Banking and Mortgage

- Candidate should have knowledge/ experience of working into transformation/ re - engineering/ change management

- Drive culture and mind set change within teams

- Manage as the key driver in Organization strategy & Transformation

- Should be able to handle the Banking practice

- Strong leadership skills for driving excellence

- Analytical & numerical skills.

- Decision making & problem solving with good insight on numbers

- Lead and Manage Banking process of large FTE+

- Should have managed large P/L size

- Feedback mechanisms that enable development and improvement of transformation

- Build team capabilities, individual developments & create career path
