We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a talented Senior Localisation Project Manager to join our Translation team! The role will be predominantly working from home however, we do like to meet in person from time to time so there is a requirement to attend the Leeds office a minimum of once per month and on an ad-hoc basis for meetings, training etc.

Translation is the team that supports our clients with their translation projects. Need your website translated into Zulu? Thats where we come in! We are a completely global team with colleagues in the UK, US, China/Asia and Europe. WE manage our clients written communication whether it be books, websites or the schematics for a nuclear submarine! We work with some of the largest corporations in the world/global organisations across the public and private sectors, a wide array of industries, from automotive to pharmaceutical to the worlds largest sports clubs. We link our clients to our team of professional linguists and specialists, providing over 250 language combinations to meet our clients demands.

As a Senior Localisation Project Manager You Will :

- Manage large and complex clients and projects with minimal oversight.

- End to end project and client management

- Deliver high quality end products on time and within budget

- Support with the implementation of large and complex clients with a focus on driving efficiencies to deliver profit margins

- Document, update, and maintain processes

- Adhere to quality framework and best practice

- Build, maintain, and grow internal and external stakeholder relationships

- Fully understand client processes and needs. Proactively collaborate to deliver a quality service and drive revenue growth

- Proactively identify and champion continuous improvement to drive efficiencies and profitability

- Lead on client calls, meetings and account reviews, preparing for the meeting and ownership of post-meeting follow up actions

- Active involvement and responsibility for internal and external meetings, such as business reviews

- Feedback management, including ownership of analysis and corrective and preventative actions

- Understand and apply correct escalation paths for department-specific or cross-departmental issues as well as acting as a point of escalation for junior team members

- Use internal systems and technology to expert level; provide suggestions to improve user or client experience and report bugs/issues

- Support Programme Manager with leadership, performance management and development of the team, including coaching team members to drive consistent, high quality delivery, which retains client revenue and ensures staff retention ; stepping up into role of the Programme Manager in their absence.

- It Would Be Desirable (but Not Essential) If You :

a. Have experience in the language/localisation industry

e. Have a Prince2 qualification
