Meritorious, Well Qualified Legal professionals, preferably With prestigious Management/ Secretarial / ACA qualifications with Merit,post-qualification experience of 8-22 years of comprehensive Corporate Legal exposure (Prime Focus) as relevant for the respective levels,no.of years of experience including exceptional drafting skills, with corporates, known for continuous Expansions, Diversification's, acquisitions, International & Domestic Fund raising, Regulatory/Compliance requirements, international JV's, pioneering initiatives in implementing latest in processes, certifications, operations, technology, systems, HR practices etc.
