PQE: 7+ years, with a prior work experience with law firms and / or in house roles. 2. The candidate should have sound knowledge of the Companies Act, Foreign Exchange Laws, Labour Laws, Tech and Privacy Laws, Content Reviewing, Advertisement Laws and Corporate Laws. Responsibilities: 1. Strong experience in handling private equity/venture capital investments, merger and acquisition, cross border transactions (both inbound and out bound) 2. Corporate structuring and commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, NDA's, employment agreements, etc. 3. Corporate, labour, technology, privacy and commercial advisory, including drafting of various policies. Experience in litigation, if any is an optional requirement.
