Senior Legal Counsel - Online/Internet (5-8 yrs)

Legal Role: The role involves following responsibilities - 

- Drafting/vetting, reviewing and negotiation of various legal documents for internal and external clients such as Product Access and Content Promotion Agreements, Service Agreements, Internet Marketing Service Agreements, Technology License Agreements, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, Production Agreements etc.;

- Conducting negotiations with clients and identifying commercial, contractual and operational risks and further providing inputs to the Company to negate/mitigate such commercial, contractual and operational risks. Advising internal stakeholders on day to day commercio-legal issues.

Compliance Role: Designated as Legal Compliance Officer of the company. The role involves following responsibilities:

- Rolling-out, implementation and enforcement of the Legal Compliance Programme of the company which includes policies on Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption, Conflict of Interest, Gifts and Entertainment, Whistle-blower, etc.;

- Intensively involved in investigation and resolution process of various disciplinary cases that arise under the Legal Compliance Programme;

- Working closely with the Finance, Procurement and HR division for detection of possible deviations that may exist in current processes and closing the gaps. Legal Compliance Officer Designated as Legal Compliance Officer - responsible for overlooking corporate, labour and employment compliances;

- Carry out periodic training of employees on the above-mentioned policies and address any queries with regard to the same.

- Implementation of other policies of the Company such as Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Work, Corporate Social Responsibility, Crisis Management, Labour and employment policies, etc.;

- Overlooking the updation of Compliance Management Tool deployed for the company.
