Senior Legal Associate - Real Estate Law Firm

Our client, a leading real estate law firm in Bangalore is looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in litigation (property matters) and real estate due diligence. (The pay would be attractive)

Role/Nature of work:

- Tracing of title

- Drafting of agreements

- Sale deeds, agreement deeds, lease deeds, etc

- Candidates with experience of practicing in courts in Karnataka should apply

- Knowledge of Kannada is necessary.

Working hours:

- Litigation: 9.30 am to 7.30 pm (mon-sat, 2 nd sat off)

- Non-litigation: 9.30 am to 8.30 pm (mon-sat, 2 nd sat off)
