Senior Leadership Role - Retail Analytics - BPO/KPO (10-21 yrs)

We have an urgent opening with one of the largest BPO/ KPO.

Location: Delhi/ Bangalore/ Pune/ Chennai/ Hyderabad

Levels: Sr Leadership

Exp : 8yrs +

Domain: Retail/ CPG Analytics

The Practice is now looking for a Retail / CPG Senior Practice Lead to play a critical role in showcasing practice capability, driving revenue growth and differentiating Retail / CPG services in our solutions. This role-holder:

- Has deep Retail / CPG experience to identify opportunities, white spaces existing in the industry

- Reviews and builds upon the Retail / CPG analytics capability existing in the various parts of the organization

- Brings the Retail / CPG domain relevance in all pursuits and business conversations with client organizations

- Interprets and translates business requirements into solutions that can be taken to the market

- Operates as a single point of contact for customer facing groups within company and liaises with multiple teams within the organization

- Has strong project management skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Review Capability & framework development:

- Review Reporting & Analytics services currently being provided to Retail & CPG clients - what are our areas of strength vs while-space areas that we need to develop

- Own development of Retail & CPG Analytics capability deck, metrics, benchmarks, case studies, PoCs and other client collaterals

- Develop Points of View to differentiate the practice's offerings vis--vis other service lines - must be able to articulate why - Operations Analytics- in the context of client pursuits.

2. Analytics projects (build Analyst team to perform this role):

- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis like (raw) data analysis, statistical modelling, data deep-dives etc. to acquire insights from data

- Build analytical models which are predictive or have forward-looking measures to develop - foresights- or alerts around business metrics

- Translates insights into an analysis reports and communicate insights back to clients

- Develop paid PoCs (Proof of Concepts) working with client stakeholders and mapping their business pain points and problems to Analytics needs, and leveraging relevant tools and frameworks
