Senior Leadership Role - Marketing - FMCG - IIM/XLRI/SPJain/FMS/IIFT (12-18 yrs)

- A Post Grad in Marketing ( IIM's / XL/SPJIMR/ FMS/IIFT ) with 12 - 15 years post Qul Exp.(2004/05 batchers) in both Sales & Marketing in a Large & diversified FMCG.

- The candidate should be in Marketing /Business leadership role with at least 15-18 years of experience. The candidate should have handled responsibilities that anchor around the following key responsibilities/ areas of expertise:

- Experience of creating a brand, launching a product/category successfully in a competitive environment, use of innovative brand building strategies particularly in a cost competitive context.

- Building brands using digital and social media

- Exposure to building a new category/start up is preferable

- Experience of brand acquisition- integration of an acquired brand and helping it scale up, scouting the market for acquiring relevant brands, categories, etc.

- Investing in relevant start-ups and helping these scale up.

Competencies, Skills, and Qualifications -

- Should have a sharp financial acumen with an ability to undertake strategic interventions with a focus on return on investment, leading business critical projects and taking P&L responsibilities.

- The incumbent should have the ability to scan the business environment, understand the competitive context and the industry construct, develop internal capabilities to build a business case and a competitive value proposition.

- The incumbent should have the ability to manage a team.
