Senior Leadership Role - HR Shared Services - Investment Bank (15-25 yrs)
Role:
The role owner is responsible for all Delivery Services offshore, with potential to deliver wider services through an offshore Shared Service capability. Services are delivered across a network of HR Service Centres based in India, China, Poland and the Philippines.
The role owner will be pivotal in driving the continued evolution of HR Offshore Shared Services and a growth agenda to optimize network capability, whilst driving productivity and service improvements.
Experience:
- Experience of running multi- jurisdiction shared service operations
- Experienced and detailed understanding of process improvement tools and techniques
- Ability to manage the implementation of large scale change programmes
- Proven ability to maintain excellent relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Ability to use data and analytics to drive organizational improvement
- Ability to work under pressure in a matrix environment with conflicting demands
- Good judgmental skills to identify and resolve challenges and issues
