Minimum work experience (in years): 12 - 18 year (candidate must have worked in R&D set up, preferably have inter engineering discipline exposure ( mechanical + electrical + electronics+ IT) and spend 5-8 years in L&D in an core engineering industry. Educational qualifications: Degree in Engineering + Post Graduation ( Preferably in Management) Job Responsibilities: 1. Partner with ERC leadership and Academy Head / CLO, to develop the strategic framework for establishing and running the Product Leadership Functional Academy 2. Be responsible for creating business impact by developing a comprehensive curriculum for all functions (within the span of Product Leadership Academy namely Engineering Research Centre (R&D) and Product Planning & Program Management areas) to ensure functional skill up gradation across the employee value chain 3. Offer support in implementing the curriculum; highlight challenges and offer resolution with speed 4. Institutionalize the Product Leadership Academy governance process to ensure that the deliverable of the academy are aligned with business requirements in terms of timeliness, quality and speed 5. Building strategic partnerships for bringing in external knowledge to add value to the Product Leadership Academy 6. Initiate benchmark studies on best practices within the domain of functional capability development 7. Identifying & institutionalizing latest learning technologies within the Product Leadership Academy 8. Strengthen the GDC/BHR /CDC Interface by adhering to the laid down and signed off SLA's Technical/ Functional competencies: 1. Sound Understanding of complex engineering design processes and skill sets required 2. Instructional Designing 3. Facilitation Skills 4. Effectiveness framework and its implementation 5. Devise learning strategies and create learning platforms 6. Ability to understand newer technologies and able to build a platform to up-skill 7. Knowledge of latest learning technologies 8.
