Senior Leader - Risk & Control Governance - Investment Bank

Exciting opportunity with one of the leading Investment Bank aggressively looking for a leadership role to ensure wider control framework across Risk management. This is a new team set up hence people coming from strong risk and control governance background, with skilled experience in standard banking control and market risk experience having financial or regulatory reporting experience will be helpful.

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Assist, facilitate and work towards control and governance aspects around the Risk reporting and management, RCSA reviews/assessment, System level control assessments, Process level control assessments and overall production.

- Support RIS with development, maintenance and production of comprehensive and effective analysis and top-level reporting of controls in production and RWA reporting process.

- Operating and adhering to the control framework set by the Governance & Control Team.

- Contribute toward the continuous innovation and improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of processes within the group, including discussion of overall team strategy.

- Expected to solve complex problems, both quantitative and qualitative in nature.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- Qualified Postgraduate /Graduate in Engineering Computer Science or Economics.

- Solid experience in standard banking controls and BCBS 239

- Highly rational & logical thought process with a strong attention to detail.

- Strong written and Verbal communication

- Strong communication skills & ability to work independently.
