Senior HR Leader
- One of our top clients in Mumbai is urgently looking for Senior HR Leader with 13 to 17 years of progressive work ex in HR, ideally suited to 2005-2009 batch.
- Compensation is no bar for the right candidate; however, please note this is a diversity role and they are looking for WOMEN LEADERS only from XLRI or TISS.
- This is Top Leadership role and would take care of strategic initiatives like PMS, OD, Total rewards, HR Service Delivery etc.
- Broad R&R (indicative and not exhaustive)
- Design, implementation and Lead OD agendas to improve Organizational and Team effectiveness
- Conceptualise, design, and facilitate the best-in-class Leadership development programs after throughly understanding organizational needs
- Champion the individual development of managers and leaders across the organization through the design and implementation of focused transition programs
- Own Performance Management System for the Organisation
- Plan, execute, deliver Performance Appraisals
- Collaborate with Business leaders for specific needs to tailor Performance agenda through goal setting exersice, establish development agenda through continious feedback mechanism
- Coach employees on the performance enhancement and intervene as required for the best possible outcome
- Own & Drive Talent agenda for the entire organisation
- Benchmarking as and when required for the best pay mix
- Advocate top management on C&B related changes as needed
- Keep abreast with broader market to strategize best possible pay mix to attract Talent
- OWN Broader HR service delivery mandate for the organisation
Key Performance Indicators :
- Improving business parameters and defined metrics for all HR interventions & service deliverables

- The person needs to be good in dealing with ambiguity and complex business requirement to affect intended Growth
- Ability to switch gears to understand varied business requirements across functions to tailor unique HR interventions
