- Must score high on all competencies expected of an HR leader
- Average ( experience/number of jobs ) stint in career should be at least 3 years.
- Full time 2 year PG/MBA from MDI/XLRI / TISS / SCMHRD / SIBM /SIMS/XIMB etc
- 10-12 years experience
