Senior Leader - Data Analytics - Bank

Our client is an International Bank who is in search of a Senior potential candidate for their Data Analytics and Reporting team with strong understanding of Investment Banking/ Asset Management or Sales in the Banking domain

Some of the key responsibilities will include :

- Responsible for driving the sales reporting, central analytics strategy, working on high-impact initiatives that help drive profitability and efficiency of the business.

- Own and manage end to end Executive Reporting including storyboarding, identifying key report metrics, data aggregation/trend analysis and presenting recommendations to Senior management.

- Proposing data management solutions, and leading process improvement initiatives for Business Managers and Business Management Associates using data visualization tools such as Qliksense

- Sales analytics - work with large sets of data and stitch it together to drive business insights that guide sales actions and/or result in improved business outcomes (e.g., improve revenues, reduce costs, cross-selling etc.)

- Extensive stakeholder management and presenting and interactions with very senior audiences.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 8+ years of relevant work experience in business intelligence delivery & reporting, analytics, process improvements

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related Master's Degree is a plus

- Proven experience in presenting insights and findings to Senior management

- Strong leadership and presentation skills

- Ability to drive key aspects of dashboard development including requirements gathering, data reconciliation, and prototype development with Agile methodology.

- Hands-on experience with Qlik or similar modern business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Power BI); Exposure to Salesforce and Einstein analytics is a plus.

- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint knowledge (VBA, PitchPro is a plus)
