Senior Lead - Presales - IT (9-12 yrs)

We have been retained by our Fortune 150 IT MNC Client to hire Pre Sales - Senior Lead for their Bangalore ODC.

Title: Pre Sales - Senior Lead

Experience : 9+

Location : Bangalore

Mode of Hire: FTE

Joining Time: Immediate to 15 Days

Responsibilities:

- Develop statements of work and pricing, assist on customer proposals and bids

- Work with delivery teams to develop the Level of effort

- Collaborate with Architects and Engineers on IT Services & Solutions, Cloud/Network Assessments, Migrations, Colocation, Remote Infrastructure Management, Managed Services, and Network for identifying appropriate solution

- Maintain strong working relationships with other customer facing personnel in Sales, Technical Support, Product Management and Senior Management teams to support customers- goals

- Presales or Bid management experience with exposure in writing RFP responses and Statement of Work

- Excellent presentation skills

- Ability to work effectively with senior management and other diverse stakeholders

- Understanding of Company's products like IT Services, Managed Services, Transition & Migration, Hosting etc. will be a plus

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

- Ability to influence others to achieve results.

- Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, is creative, disciplined, passionate and an out-of-the-box thinker

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

- Customer-oriented approach & Sharp business acumen

- Ability to understand and convey technical information

- Any experience in requisite software for managing customer engagements, proposals like Sales Force would be good

Job Description:

- Some background on Technology - i.e., may need not be a Technical person, Can be a non-technical person who has overseen technology projects and is aware at a high level and is eager to learn and flexible

- Good Stakeholder management, working with various stakeholders

- Excellent Communication (Verbal and Written)

- Exposure in writing RFP responses and SOWs

- Would be good if he has worked on large scale projects at a higher level like a lead so that he could have the breadth even though may not be technical
