Sr Performance Marketing Lead

Position : Sr Performance Marketing Lead

Experience : 6 to 9 Yr

Job Location : Pune , Work from Office

- The Sr. Performance Marketing Lead with own the growth of paid acquisition channels for Company. This role will report to the Director of Demand Generation and will lead the strategy and execution of performance marketing channels which includes paid search, paid social, retargeting and other biddable platforms like Capterra etc.

- Lead the creation, execution and analysis of our digital marketing channels to drive inbound leads and engagement with target accounts; channels include, but are not limited to, paid media, SEM, paid social, display, and referral, capterra etc.

- Create a team of performance marketers in iMocha to execute the strategy while ensuring ROI with effective campaigns (track CPL, Cost per opportunity, Cost of acquisition)

- Scale with an agency when the time is right to create high-performing campaigns across digital channels that drive high-quality, cost-effective leads to meet our goals for leads and ARR

- Partner with the creative team to ensure campaign assets are high-performing and on brand, while driving engagement and results

- Collaborate cross-functionally with content marketing and marketing operations to optimize our SEO strategy

- Own, track and measure channel performance against goals and KPIs and share results across the marketing organization

- Work closely with Sales and Marketing Operations to understand, report on, and strategize around marketing campaigns and programs, reporting metrics and lead scoring

- Manage the paid budget, daily campaign budgets and spend pacing and making adjustments when needed to meet goals

- Implement an operating model focused on continuous "test-and-learn" approach, including the ongoing testing of ad copy, offers, messaging and landing pages that drive conversion at different stages of the marketing funnel

- Manage growth into new geographic regions and languages to expand paid programs into USA, India, Europe and ROW

Who You Are :

- 6+ years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience; expertise in acquisition channels and tactics including hands-on experience managing campaign execution across a combination of paid search, paid social, video, display, mobile advertising, and remarketing programs

- Strong project management and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and ability to articulate plan and vision to peers and senior leaders across the company

- A creative thinker focused on delivering compelling messaging that converts

- Ability to think strategically and balance short-term and long-term priorities

- Deep understanding of performance metrics (CPM, CMI, CPA, CPC, CPL & LTV) and working with BI and analytics tools

- Experience with Hubspot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)

- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments to analyze and optimize channel and campaign performance

- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment without sacrificing attention to detail
