Specifications - 6-10 years of experience in a demanding results driven environment (preferably in MANAGEMENT CONSULTING/ BIG 4), with relevant mid-management leadership experience. - Master's degree in business administration, management sciences or a related field from Tier 1 institute of India or any international institute of repute. - Strong experience in management consulting with highly reputed consulting firms - Proven expertise in highly innovative strategy building based on data analytics and execution. - Ability to manage multiple projects or work streams. - Demonstrated success in coordinating various stakeholders/interests (public sector engagement would be highly relevant) and developing strong relationships in order to drive a process successfully - Exceptional diplomacy and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to build strong professional relationships with a range of stakeholders in a challenging, multi-cultural environment - Ability to navigate complex government processes and favourably influence decision-making in a professional and collaborative manner - Proven experience in mentoring and leading teams in a fast-paced and changing environment Preferred :&nbsp; - Significant government stakeholder management experience would be a strong positive - Development / Social sector consulting experience - In-depth understanding of procurement and supply chain processes in a health context - Expertise in data analytics for problem solving - Direct or step one reporting to C-suite Responsibilities :&nbsp; - Develop and oversee the strategic direction and implementation of the Program - Build and maintain trust-based relationships with government stakeholders and key partners at a senior level - Manage the various program work streams - Provide in-depth and high-quality technical assistance to Government of India - Provide strategic insight at technical working groups and/or other high level meetings/conferences. - Build program by continually developing capacity and skills of staff. - Undertake donor and grant management and manage the operations and finances of the program to meet deliverables within the appropriate timeframes.
