Senior Lead - Learning & Development/Content Development & Delivery - EdTech

- They are growing rapidly and therefore introducing several new initiatives & creating several new edtech offerings for the professional & Student community.

- This is an interesting career move opportunity for L&D Leaders to move into the consulting side.

- Our clients are looking for senior L&D Leaders to head the Learning Solutions, Content Development & Delivery.

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Lead the design, development and delivery of learning programs for corporates.

- Help Presales teams in understanding the client requirements (TNA/TNI) and create a program design as a potential solution

- Manage Solutions / Content development and update content repository keeping future requirements in mind.

- Manage Program Delivery process.

- Responsible to thoroughly mentor and guide his/her team members through every client conversation.

- Ensure Timely co-ordination of Content Preparation, facilitation & Post-training Activities.

- Capability Building through Vendor Empanelment & Engagement.

To qualify for this position you should have :

- We are open to speaking with Senior L&D Professionals who would want to explore an exciting career opportunity.

- Or we are open to senior Content Management / Client solutions folks from Premier Edtech firms.

- 12+ years of experience.

- Great experience in Managing Content Design, Development & Program Delivery.

- Must have great understanding of Learning & Development and Training Operations.

- Great communication and people management skills.

- Be ready to relocate to Mumbai or Delhi.
