Job Description:

Profile: Senior Lead/ Lead Onboarding

Experience: 8 Years +

Education: MBA/Graduate/Post Graduate

Location: Hyderabad

Role and Responsibility:

- Oversee the certification run tech for onboarding of banks and other channel partners for all Company's products

- Coordinate with the vendors on a regular basis to drive the activities for certification of banks for all Company's products

- Ensure that the banks and external vendors undergo necessary trainings and are provided timely support

- Review results of the test cases as submitted by the vendors; intervene and highlight the test result inconsistencies as required

- Liaise with various internal (Product, BD & Tech teams) and external stakeholders to gather the understanding of certification processes for new products/platforms/features in order to operationalize the certification of banks/channel partners for the product/platform/feature
