Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Leadership:

- Lead the financial planning, analysis, and reporting function to support business growth.

Business Partnering:

- Work closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance, cost optimization, and efficiency improvements.

Manufacturing Finance & Costing:

- Oversee plant finance, cost control, working capital management, and financial viability of expansion projects.

Controllership & Compliance:

- Ensure strong internal controls, statutory compliance, and governance across financial processes.

Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Drive annual operating plans, rolling forecasts, and financial reporting to provide key insights to stakeholders.

Taxation & Audit:

- Manage direct and indirect taxation, statutory audits, and internal financial controls in alignment with regulatory requirements.

Automation & Process Improvement:

- Leverage technology to automate financial reporting, enhance efficiency, and improve decision-making.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 12+ years in finance leadership roles within the manufacturing sector.

Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) preferred.

Industry Exposure: Strong background in financial management, plant finance, cost control, and compliance in a manufacturing environment.

Leadership: Proven track record of managing finance teams and driving business performance.

Skills: Expertise in financial planning, cost optimization, working capital management, and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
