We are hiring for Lead Auditor for Information Security team for Bangalore based Fintech product development platform company. Job Description : - Plan, establish, execute, document &amp; report, consult, verify &amp; close Information Security Internal audits - Working knowledge of ISO Auditing and compliance practices - Perform analysis of information security standards such as ISO 27001:2013 and create compliance reports for information security standards such as ISO 27001:2013 and other requirements - Understand clients requirements and perform information security internal audit - Understand master services agreements, industry leading standards and client standards to perform Internal Audits - Facilitate the audits by client and client certified audit firms - Maintain an up-to-date understanding of emerging trends in information security and apply new techniques and trends, in-line with overall information security objectives and risk tolerance - Present reports and recommendations to Internal Audit Leader on information security issues - Work independently under the general direction to ensure timely and accurate completion of information security internal audit objectives and perform the requisite preparation - Perform internal audit reviews to assess the effectiveness of current information security controls - Ensure timely and effective corrective actions are taken to correct deficiencies and provide status reporting Desired Candidate Profile : - 10-12 years of work experience in the field of Information Security, specifically ISO 27001 compliance - Good judgement and the ability to prioritize - Sound understanding of information security principles and best practices - Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build instrumental relationships - Excellent written and verbal communication - Willing to interact with Customers - Articulate and persuasive - Ability to communicate security-related concepts to a broad range of technical and nontechnical staff - Should know how to use Word/Excel or Google Drive/Documents/Sheets
