Senior/Lead Associate - Private Equity Research - Global Research Centre

Our Client is a leading Global Private Equity Research firm setting up a Global Centre of Research in Bangalore

Reporting into the Head of PE Global Research Center, India:

- You will be responsible for setting up and leading a best in class research team with focus on the USA/EU

- In collaboration with the VP Operations and the Local Office Head you will design and execute a USA coverage strategy

- You will also serve as a leader in research & content management, data quality & accuracy for the platform

- You will have budget responsibility over your team

- Your role is centered around research, recruitment, leadership, strategy & tech initiatives

Ideal Candidate:

- 4 to 10 years of experience with a shared services/COE or Research Center for a global Investment Bank/Private Equity/Big 4/ Research & Insights Companies etc (designation to be decided basis experience)

- Team Management & Global Stakeholder management Experience

- Expertise in detailed company analysis, insights & research
