Analytics Lead (Sr. Role)
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats,
- Hands-on experience in Predictive modelling,
- Selecting features, building and optimizing classifiers using machine learning and Data mining techniques.
- Able to create various algorithms using his proficiency in SAS/Python/R, knowledge of Excel, R and SQL; familiarity with business intelligence tools
- Define company-wide metrics and relevant data sources
- Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights and Reporting any adverse trends in portfolio performance.
- Data analysis and solution building based on insights capture from data using industry knowledge to interpret data and improve performance
- Self-driven with passion for complex problem solving and excellent attention to detail
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports.
- Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations and make power point presentations
