Senior Lead - Accounts

Qualified Chartered Accountant with min 5 years experience.

JOB PURPOSE :

- MIS, Financials Preparations, Audits, Accounts Payable and Receivables, Statutory Compliance & Liaising with Banks etc., Project Tracking and Monitoring and ensuring budgets and timelines are being met.

ACCOUNTABILITIES :

- Preparation of Financials and Financial Reports:

- Preparation of monthly Financials along with schedules as per IndAs and MIS.

- Preparation of year end Financials preparation along with schedules as per IndAs.

- Reconciliation of Group company accounts (Inter Company Transactions (RPT)), vendors and Customer accounts etc.

- Month end activities such as GR IR Clearing, Provision for service/materials received but not accounted, Prepaid Expenses and others if any and Depreciation run for closure to prepare Monthly financials.

- Preparation of ABP and upload in SAP.

Audit Works :

- Statutory audit - Ensuring smooth flow of audit and finalization of Annual Accounts till Financials get signed.

- Internal Audit - Handling internal audit which is for control check

- IT Returns & Tax Audit - Income Tax Audit preparation and support to corporate office.

- Third Party Audits - Departmental audits such as GST, Service Tax and Visakhapatnam Port Trust (Revenue Audit every year as per Concession Agreement)

- Other corporate support requirements if any.

- Controlling of Accounts Payables:

- Capex Payments and invoice tracking.

- Vendor ageing analysis.

- Withholding tax deductions.

- GL scrutiny on monthly basis.

- Transfer postings if any.

- Monthly Journal entries posting - Provision for Expenses, Prepaid to Expenses, Depreciation etc.

- Fixed Assets Accounting:

- Asset code master creation, accounting and posting.

- Depreciation posting on monthly, repeat run depreciation and manual depreciation posting if required.

- Assets transfer with group or retirement (With revenue or without revenue ect)

- General Accounting, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Returns & Project Monitoring.
